Woman gives birth with the help of minor children
Woman gave birth with the help of her 3 year old son and a 10 year old daughterA Rusape woman under headman Dzvairo gave birth while her 3 year old son was holding a light and the 10 year old daughter was running errands to bring what the woman needed during the delivery yesterday.
In an interview with this publication the woman says the time of delivery arrived at night and she had nowhere to get help from.
Mrs Maneto said that her three children were delivered by herself and without anyone's help because of her church. Magneto is a devoted member of the Johane Marange Apostolic church and they don't go to clinics or hospitals.
She went on to say that the children only helped by giving her the essentials like scissors, cotton and the clothes for the baby , the only job that the children did most was cutting the umbilical cord.
The publication asked if they know that it's child abuse what they did to the children and they said they have no idea that it's considered as child abuse. When asked about how her actions may affect her children she sounded regretful though she believed God will help them overcome any trauma.
