City parking introduced new parking strategic for senior citizens and war veterans.City parking has introduced a new method and strategy of honoring the war veterans and senior citizens.
In a statement City parking has shared on their social media platforms they said that people who are aged 70 years and above as well as those who are holding war veterans ID they should receive a special offer of not paying parking.
Senior citizens are encouraged to produce proof of Harare residency, a vehicle registration book with beneficial name, valid driver's license and for war veterans to produce their war veterans card.
Tendai Mutasa a war veteran who lives in Belvedere said that as war veterans we are happy to receive this kind of recognition as we were thinking that government has forsaken us .
Mutasa said that government has been recognizing war veterans recently as President has urged war veterans to educate their kids.
