Rusape rural development underway
The procedure for development of a Growth Point in Rusape is in progress .
A Growth point to be built in Makoni district under Chief Tandi is taking place.
The Growth point is to be built from Manonga Secondary to Tsindi Secondary school.
The stands are being sold by the Rusape rural council and houses are being constructed in the allocated area.
In an interview with this publication, Mr Chingwende, the Councilor confirmed the plan of a Growth point he said that the program is continuing to take place and a boarding school is pegged at Seventh day camping site near Mucheke river .
The Councilor went on to say that the boarding is going to be sponsored and built by the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
The lodge has being built and is in use , it was built following the structure of the Growth point . Donhodzo lodge is built along Wedza Goto road in alignment with the Growth point plan .
The locals are happy as they say the place is developing and that will help many , the contruction of Growth point is being inspired by a Irrigation which is paged on the other side of the road.
The development has already attracted a lot of people to buy stands in the rural areas and business people are already eyeing for lucrative investment opportunities.
