Dr Makamba Inducted as a Business Hall of Famer
Multi-business owner and philanthropist Dr James Makamba has been inducted as a business hall of famer by the Champions Africa.Dr James Makamba is an esteemed entrepreneur who served as a Board member of Telecel. He later went into exile during the Mugabe regime but came back after the inauguration of President Mnangagwa.
After the passing of his son Dr Makamba initiated a scholarship in memory if his son Zororo. This is just to mention a few reasons why he deserves the recognition.
In a social media post Dr Makamba wrote the following message;
I am incredibly honored to be inducted into the 2024 Business Hall of Fame by the Champions Africa. The CHAMPIONS AFRICA is a platform that celebrate and document great achievements made by extraordinary business people in order to inspire and empower the youth and future generations.
This recognition holds special significance for me as a businessman, reinforcing my commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders with resilience and determination.
