Rusape man convicted of unlawful entry. 

Paidamoyo Matonga (28) from Handina village is facing charges of unlawful entry.

Matonga was arraigned before Rusape magistrates court .

Matonga was also found in possession of ammunition without a license hence contravening the firearms Act .

According to National prosecution of Zimbabwe,  on the 21th of September the accused person went to the house of of the complaint and went to his bedroom and stole 2 blankets and run away unnoticed. 

The complaint returned home and discovered that his 2 blankets were missing and he tracked the footprints which led him to Matonga house and found him holding the blankets.

He filed a police report on the accused person,  the value of the stolen is usd 30 and it was recovered.

Mr Madziyanike ,a  Rusape police officer said due to high crime rate in that area people went to search in his house as he was a suspect and they found him in possession of ammunition ( 1 moss burg and 1 round 303) .

Paidamoyo Matonga was in court today and will be back on 25th of September for sentencing.
