Man Jailed for Raping a 6 year old

Jailed for raping a 6 year old.
26 year old man from Zvimba was sentenced to 20 years in prison by Chinhoyi magistrates court.
The man raped a 6 year old girl from Chief Chirau area.
According to the national prosecuting authority of Zimbabwe the incident happened on the 4th of February 2025.
A 6 year old was walking from school when she meet the offender.
The offender greeted the girl before tripping her onto an anthill , she fell down .
When the minor fell down the offender removed her school uniform and underwear before raping her once .
After raping the girl , the offender threatened the girl to not reporting the incident to anyone and he ran away into nearby Eucalyptus plantation.
The minor went home and reported the incident to her mother , who tool her to Zvimba police station to file a report
