19 YEAR OLD SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS FOR RAPE .
A 19 year old man was sentenced 15 years by Mutare magistrates court for raping his 10 year old niece in 2023.
The niece lost her parents and was living with her aunt.
The accident took place in 2023 on an unspecified date in 2023 .
According to National prosecuting authority of Zimbabwe the complaint returned home from school and found the accused alone at home .
The complaint went to the spare bedroom for change of clothes , when the accused followed her and forced her to cover herself with clothes from the wardrobe, she complied because of fear .
He then forces her to lay on floor and raped here , the girl doesn't report because of fear and shame .
Every absence of her aunt, the accused used that aportunity to rape her on several occasions.
