RUSAPE MAN JAILED FOR ATTEMPTED MURDER AND STEALING TRUST PROPERTY.
Vengai Rwatirera ( 22) was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment on charges of attempted murder and theft of TRUST property by the Rusape magistrates court.
According to National prosecution authority of Zimbabwe on 15 October 2024 at Munyai village under chief Chiduku Rwatirera stabbed George Tsikwa in the neck and left arm with a knife.
Rwatirera failed to return maize , groundnuts, fertilizer maize seed and millet which he was given by Tsikwa .
He unlawfully converted this items as his .
When Tsikwa asked for his property that's when Rwatirera tried to kill.
Rusape magistrates court sentenced him to 3 years imprisonment.
